What Are My Choices for Shipping Within the United States?

We offer 3 different methods of delivery:

  • Standard Ground
  • Two Business Days
  • Next Business Day

PLEASE NOTE: Online purchases may include a 24 to 48-business-hour processing time before the shipping method is applied. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal US Holidays. Standard shipment times will vary based on your location.

Two day and Next day priority shipping do not include weekends and holidays any orders made on a Thursday or Friday are likely not to be delivered until the following week.

What Are My Choices for Shipping to Canada?

We offer shipping to Canada with our shipping partners Passport Shipping.

Shipping costs include the duty and taxes paid at the checkout. This means you don't have to worry, about extra charges when receiving your order.

Gift Cards

Gales Gift Cards can be redeemed online at weargales.com. To redeem online you will need to put the code you received in the Gift Card email into the Gift Card code box at the checkout.

Gift cards may not be returned and may not be used to purchase another gift card. Store credits may not be used to purchase gift cards.

How Do I Redeem My Gift Card or Discount Code?

If you have a gift card or a Discount Code, you can apply that towards your order in your cart at the checkout.

From your cart, you will find a field to  enter your gift card or discount code beneath your total.


What Methods of Payment Does Gales Accept?

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Yes. Sales tax will be applied to online purchases made by customers in all states in accordance with state/city/county regulations. Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address of the order. 

Sales tax is exempt in the following states:

  • Alaska

  • Delaware

  • Massachusetts (on clothing/footwear items less than $175)

  • Minnesota (clothing/footwear are exempt)

  • Montana

  • New Hampshire

  • New Jersey

  • New York (on clothing/footwear items less than $110 with exceptions*)

  • *Some counties still charge local (not state) tax on these items; customers should contact their local government if they are charged local tax.

  • Oregon

  • Pennsylvania

  • Rhode Island (on clothing/footwear items less than $250)
