What is your returns policy?
We accept exchanges & returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is here.
We encourage you to wear them on clean surfaces at home to check the fit! The footwear industry operates on the same return policy (it's unsafe to re-ship shoes that have been worn in a hospital setting.)
Please Note: If you purchased through the Gales GMA website, the "self help" Exchanges and Returns features will not find your order. Please contact us via the customer support chat. Alternatively, you can visit our Contact Us page or send us an email at [email protected].
How do I return my order for an exchange or refund?
Return and exchange are easy to do, email our team - [email protected] - for the link to our easy-to-use returns platform.
We now offer two options to return your order!
You can return using a Return Bar - This enables you to drop off your return at any Happy Returns location. It's a more sustainable method as it's box-free, label- free and returns ship inside reusable totes with other returns. Less cardboard. Less waste. More trees.

You can also return your item by boxing it up and shipping it back using a pre-paid label.
How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?
Refunds and Exchanges are processed as soon as your packages is scanned by the Postal Carrier. You will receive an email with confirmation when they have been processed.
Can I track my return?
You will receive an email with your return information, when you have started the process, this will include tracking for your return.
Do you refund delivery charges if I return an item?
Our exchanges are free to do however shipping will not be refunded on orders returned for a refund, and a $9 or $6 (depending on your choice of return) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount also.
