What is your returns policy?

We accept exchanges & returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is here.

We encourage you to wear them on clean surfaces at home to check the fit! The footwear industry operates on the same return policy (it's unsafe to re-ship shoes that have been worn in a hospital setting.)

How do I return my order for an exchange or refund?

Return and exchange are easy to so, email our team - [email protected] - for the link to our easy-to-use returns platform. 

How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?

Refunds and Exchanges are processed as soon as your packages is scanned by the Postal Carrier. You will receive an email with confirmation when they have been processed.

Can I track my return?

You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has shipped.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return an item?

Our exchanges are free to do however shipping will not be refunded on orders returned for a refund, and a $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount also.
